Xper. Xr (1970年生)香港藝術家表演者和挑釁者屬於香港首代實驗音樂人。在他發佈有說是本地工業噪音首個作品。《Murmur》(1989後,繼續錄發佈,並與大友良英、秋田昌美的一起演出。以對制度的蔑視、故意的失敗和自謙的美學為特色,Xper. Xr.的創作代表了這城市藝術反歷史上的關鍵時刻。由2012年至2015年,他在九龍營運一個地下展覽及表演空間CIA策劃志同道合的藝術家如駕籠真太郎,Vagina Dentata OrganNew Noveta、赫爾曼﹒尼特西、Laibach和Olivier de Sagazan的展覽及演出。
